Peanut Butter Chocolate Crisp Bar

Use Grande WPCrisp® to increase the protein content in a clean, crunchy peanut butter bar. The WPCrisps provide a neutral dairy flavor and texture, ideal for snack and nutrition bar applications.

  1. In a saucepan, combine tapioca syrup, maltodextrin, and peanut butter.

  2. Heat over medium heat while stirring constantly until smooth and fully blended (do not boil).

  3. Remove from heat and gently mix in Grande WPCrisp 60% until evenly coated.

  4. Allow the mix to cool slightly, then fold in mini chocolate chips.

  5. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined or greased pan to ~¾ inch thickness.

  6. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

  7. Cut into 50 g bars and package as needed.
