- We insist on ethical practices, including our own field veterinarian team who visits the farms to ensure herd health, cow comfort and milk quality
- The result is milk that exceeds USDA standards by more than five times
- From the farms, that milk is made into award-winning white Italian Grande cheese that is used in the finest restaurants and pizzerias in the nation
- The whey from that cheese-making process is upcycled with our proprietary process using zero chemical modifications or bleaching (our cheese doesn’t have annatto coloring in it)

Whey protein has better flavor and texture than soy or pea crisps, and is the gold standard of protein, having superior nutrition. While all three contain all nine essential amino acids, whey protein has the highest concentration of these nutrients, including Leucine, which is critical for muscle growth and recovery. A formulation would need to include 10-15% more soy or pea crisps to match the nutritional value of whey protein. Whey protein also has superior digestibility, making it a higher-quality protein that is more bioavailable to the human body.
