Our process

The Grande Ultra WPI production process begins with pure Grade A milk and natural white Italian cheese. Because no additives or preservatives are used, the resulting unbleached Grade A whey is the finest available. Fat and lactose are then removed in a unique proprietary and patented process, and the protein is concentrated with exacting standards to ensure that the best flavor and clarity are achieved.
