The Grande Ultra process begins with pure Grade A milk and extraordinary natural, white Italian cheeses. Because no additives or preservatives are used, the resulting unbleached, Grade A whey is the finest available.
This whey begins the exclusive Grande Ultra process with excess fat reduction and continues through our exclusive three-step cold filtration process, which includes nano, ultra, and diafiltration. The entire process is low heat to ensure that Grande Ultra products are rich in undenatured proteins, as well as low in fat and ash, to maintain the freshest possible flavor.
