GRANDE BRAVO 300, 500, 550:  These products are Grade A and Kosher whey proteins and will achieve viscosity, when hydrated with water without the application of heat, and will maintain its viscosity upon heating.  These products provide a heavy, creamy mouthfeel.  Grande Bravo 300 has a mild-bland milky flavor, while Grande Bravo 500 has a slighly tart dairy note, and Grande Bravo 550 has a slightly sweet dairy note.
